(English version below) Ook dit jaar bundelen LBK en VTK opnieuw hun krachten voor een onvergetelijke skireis! ⛷️ Deze keer trekken we naar het prachtige Andorra, waar we het enorm populaire skigebied Grandvalira onveilig zullen maken. Met maar liefst 215 km aan pistes is dit het grootste skigebied van de Pyreneeën. Omdat het gebied zo hoog ligt (tot wel 2.640 meter!) is het ook nog eens sneeuwzeker. Maak je klaar voor een fantastische lesvrije week vol sneeuw, eindeloze afdalingen, spectaculaire après-ski's en legendarische feestjes. Ga mee en beleef een skireis om nooit te vergeten! 🏔️❄️ 📅 Wanneer - Vertrek heen: Vrijdagavond 29 januari vertrekken we met de bus. We komen zaterdag overdag aan, perfect op tijd om meteen de eerste après-ski en het openingsfeestje in te duiken!🍻 - Vertrek terug: Vrijdagavond 5 februari. We vertrekken laat genoeg, zodat je die dag nog op je gemak kan skiën, après-skiën, je spullen kan pakken, douchen en rustig naar de bus kan gaan. ℹ️ Infosessie - Maandag 12 oktober - Om 13u00 - Quadrivium 00.100 🔥 WAAROM MEE MET VTK & LBK? - 🍻 ALL-IN DRANK! Dan krijg je €80 korting op de basisprijs. - Exclusief: De huur van skimateriaal (ski's, botten, snowboard,...) zit niet in de basisprijs en komt er nog apart bij. 📝 Voorinschrijvingen: Hoe werkt het? - Openen op: donderdag 15 oktober 2026 om 13u00 - Sluiten op: Maandag 19 oktober 2026 om 23u55 (tenzij eerder volzet). - Inschrijven in groep: Één persoon per groepje (de 'teamleider') schrijft in voor maximaal 8 personen (zichzelf inbegrepen). Bestaat jouw groep uit meer dan 8 personen? Laat dan een tweede teamleider de rest inschrijven en vermeld in de opmerkingen duidelijk dat jullie bij elkaar horen. - Gegevens: Vermeld bij de inschrijving alle namen en r-nummers (indien student aan de KU Leuven) van je groepje. - Kamerverdeling: Schrijf je in met de groep waarmee je wil gaan skiën. We kunnen niet voor 100% garanderen dat jullie niet gesplitst worden of dat er geen andere personen bijkomen, maar we zoeken altijd de allerbeste oplossing zodat zoveel mogelijk mensen samen meekunnen! - Voorrangsregels: Als er meer voorinschrijvingen zijn dan plaatsen, krijgen groepen met een grotere verhouding VTK- of LBK-leden voorrang. With a massive 215 km of pistes, this is the largest ski area in the Pyrenees. Because the area is situated so high (up to 2,640 meters!), it is also highly snow-sure. Get ready for a fantastic semester break full of snow, endless descents, spectacular après-ski, and legendary parties. Join us and experience a ski trip you'll never forget! 🏔️❄️ 📅 When Departure (Outbound): Friday evening, January 29th, we depart by bus. We arrive during the day on Saturday, perfectly on time to dive straight into the first après-ski and the opening party! 🍻 Return: Friday evening, February 5th. We leave late enough so you can comfortably ski, après-ski, pack your bags, shower, and calmly head to the bus. ℹ️ Info Session - Monday, October 12th - At 13:00 - Quadrivium 00.100 🔥 WHY JOIN VTK & LBK? - 🍻 ALL-IN DRINKS! Is your group larger than 8? Have a second team leader register the remaining members and clearly mention in the comments that you belong together. - Details Needed: Provide all names and r-numbers (if a KU Leuven student) for everyone in your group. - Room Allocation: Register with the group you want to ski with. This pre-registration does not 100% guarantee that your group won't be split or joined by others, but we will always look for the best solution to keep as many people together as possible! - Priority Rules: If there are more pre-registrations than spots, priority is given to groups with a higher ratio of VTK or LBK members.
